For almost a century the Vezzoli family has been producing wines and for over 20 years they have been producing Franciacorta DOCG Metodo Classico wines without exogenous sugars from phenologically mature grapes (use of self-produced grape must in refermentation and in disgorgement).
The philosophy of the company is to guarantee the tradition, but also the constant research for the continuous improvement of the production.
For this reason it has chosen to be part of the operating group Virecli giving its contribution to the experimentation of new oenological stabilization techniques effective in maintaining the freshness of taste.
